To produce the best quality landscapes possible, Perennial Designs always begins with the landscape design process. Through the design process we can analyze your home's exterior spaces and create solutions that allow you to enjoy your outdoor rooms all year long. This intentional analysis and thoughtful planning allows us to solve potential problems before breaking ground.

The first step of our process is contact and then the questionnaire. With this information, we move into the initial meeting, which is performed at the home where the work will take place. This meeting is where we discuss your vision of how the space will look and feel.

The design phase begins with measurements, documentation, and analysis. With that information, we draft a concept for your review and then, with your feedback, we move into revisions and finalization.

Revisions are necessary as we want to provide a design that meets your needs as best as possible. Once this has been accomplished, we finalize the design and produce a bid estimate.

The bid estimate gives a summary of the work to be performed as well as the cost. Once approved, we request a deposit and schedule you for installation.

Insallation is a fairly straightforward process. We will notify you at least 3 days before installation begins. MISS dig will be at your site before we are to mark any important utilities that we should be aware of.

Following installation, we will provide you with a list of our services and which ones we recommend for your specific site.
